Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be free from any stains, odors, or damage caused by misuse. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use or are not in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Before sending your item back, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Important: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of our approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company, then contact us.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you simply need a different design, we offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the same return process outlined above. We will ship your new item to you once we receive and approve your returned product. Shipping for the exchanged item will be covered by us only in cases of our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).

Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded and are final sale.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of our approval, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
